Shipping & Returns

We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packing. Please send back the items within 7 days upon receipt. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days once the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges.

The unconditionally returns from our customers are acceptable within 7 days after you get the package. Please send the photographs clearly showing the problem with the item. Once it is confirmed, you can send the item back to us. And after we've confirmed the arrival of the package you returned, we will send the replacement or refund you the payment (only the payment for the item, the original shipping cost is excluded).

If you refuse to sign the order for some reason or if the package was automatically returned after several times unsuccessfully delivery (due to you are not available or you provided a wrong or incomplete delivery address to us), your order will be cancelled and refund will be made to the credit card used for your order. And 50% of the merchandise price will be charged by you and shipping charges will also not be refunded.

You will have to pay for return postage and you must obtain a certificate of posting from the post office. This certificate is free of charge. If the items are returned in the same condition as you received them then you will be be only get 80% of the total sum you paid for restocking fee. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping postage and your return postage.

Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 30 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. We also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund, as described in the web.
